On Thursday February 11, 2010 in the Press centre of JSC “UkrSibbank” there will be the seminar “Options: New Horizons for Lessors” held by Deputy Chairman of AMC “UkrSib Asset Management” Olena Korenyuk and Chief Analyst of AMC “UkrSib Asset Management” Dmytro Prykhodko.

Using the option for rent services helps to reduce VAT payment. This financial tool contains such components as option-bonus value which is not VAT taxable according to the Law of Ukraine “About Value-added Tax” and the value of base asset such as goods, services which are VAT taxable. The tool is interesting for issuer of the option and service purchaser. Besides above mentioned tax advantages and ability for business cash flow it is also an alternative source of increase in floating assets.
