"UkrSib Real Estate" Fund
«UkrSib Real Estate Fund» - is a Closed-end Corporate Investment Fund incorporated as a joint-stock company. This is a mixed-type fund enabling to invest not only in securities, but also in real property.
Advantages of the Fund for investors:
- Mixed type of the Fund enables to invest in different kinds of assets;
- Fund’s activity is estimated to be run for the period of 20 years. It may be explained by the specific nature of real estate investments – capital-output ratio of the projects and their long-term of realization;
