Maxim Kuprin

Maxym Kuprin graduated with honors from the L’viv Commercial Academy. In 2001, he finished the Postgraduate School at the L’viv Commercial Academy in speciality “Finance and Credit”. M. Kuprin has been working in the financial sector linked to securities since 1996. In 2005, he founded JSC “UkrSib Asset Management”. The company constantly ranks among top companies of the market of mutual investment at the time of his management. He is an author of a series of scientific articles on portfolio management.

Anna Tykha

In 2001 Anna Tykha graduated from Ternopil National Economy Academy, Faculty of Banking, majoring in "Accounting and Audit in Credit Institutions”. From 2000 to 2004 she worked for JSC “Credit Bank (Ukraine)” as a credit unit specialist. In 2002 she was appointed in the position of senior specialist of Securities Department. In 2004 she worked for LLC “AMC “Optima-Capital” (Lviv) as the Head of Joint Investment Institutions Unit. Since November 1, 2006 she has been employed at JSC “UkrSib Asset Management” (Kyiv) as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board – Project Development and Business Support Director.

Olena Korenyuk

Olena Koreniuk earned a master’s degree with honours in law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiyv in 1999. In 2001, she graduated in international economics from Kyiv National Economic University. In 2006, she took an MBA at International Management Institute, Switzerland and practiced at Leuven University of Business and Economics, Belgium. Over the past 14 years she has worked as a top manager for OJSC “Knauf”, CJSC “Alfa Bank” (Ukraine), CJSC “Alfa Capital”, CJSC “AMC Financial Administrator”. In 2006, she started with UkrSib Asset Management - Asset Management Company - Pension Fund Administrator as Deputy CEO. Beginning in 2007, she transitioned to the role of Deputy CEO of Sales.

Volodymyr Hryniv
Deputy CEO, Portfolio Manager

Volodymyr Hryniv earned a master’s degree in accounting and auditing from Lviv Commercial Academy; finished the postgraduate school at the same academy. He has a seven-year experience in the Ukrainian stock market. In 2009, Volodymyr Hryniv was named the most efficient AMC’s CEO by “Expert Ukraine”. He has headed up key positions at PJC «Kredobank» PKO Bank Polski SA, AMC «Optima-Capital», PJSC «AMC «Sparta», AMC «Universal’na». Volodymyr took part in developing and launching the first public investments funds in Ukraine.

At present, Volodymyr Hryniv is Deputy CEO, Portfolio Manager at JSC “AMC PFA “UkrSib Asset management”.
